Adhere to your mutually agreed payment due date as specified in your contract
For ERDC (Employment Related Day Care) families, the parent is responsible for any additional costs incurred plus the copayment.
Provide information about your child and updates as needed such as emergency contacts, allergies, immunization records.
Parent involvement and collaboration in your child’s education
Open communication with Aloha Mama’s staff
Comply to AMCC (Aloha Mama’s Childcare) Exclusion Policy
Advance courtesy notice of any changes in drop-off or pick-up
Clients must make their own arrangements for backup child care.
